| Height, width can allowable tolerance. And when there are multiple sliders on the same rail, or when multiple rails are mounted on the same plane, the pairs are different in height and width. The accuracy measurement value represents the average of the center slider or center of parts. The accuracy of PPC HSR series can be classified into normal (no mark), high (H), precision (P), super precis -ion(SP),ultra precision (UP), five classes. Note1:Use the railway bolted to the reference base surface so that the parallet tolerance betwwen the slider and the railway guide surface when the slider is moving. Note2:M means the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the height dimension (M) of each slider combined on the same plane. Note3: W2 means the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the width (W2) between the sliders and the linear guide rails mounted on one linear guide. |
