Grease lubrication
The lubrication interval varies depending on the use conditions and the environment. Usually used, each run 100km supplement grease as a benchmark.
In general, the same type of grease should be added to the oil or lubrication holes provided on the linear motion system. Mixing different types of grease may increased consistency cause damage to the system performance.

Oil lubrication
- The amount of fuel change with the run-length of the stroke. Especially for long length can increase the frequency of lubrication or fuel, so that until the end of the trip can be formed in the rolling surface of the oil film.
- In the case of cooling, the lubricating oil will be mixed with the coolant, causing the lubricant to be emulsified or washed away, which will significantly reduce the lubrication performance. In such places, please use high viscosity (kinematic viscosity: about 68cst) and high anti-emulsifying lubricant, and adjust the lubrication frequency or fuel. For machine tools and other similar equipment, they are subject to heavy loads and require high rigidity and high speed operation, it is recommended to use oil lubrication.
- Make sure that the lubricating oil is discharged at the end of the lubrication pipe (oil hole mounting of each product of the linear motion system).
